Cancellation Policy

We at Elite Copy LTD understand that our services may not be the right fit for everyone. If you are not happy with our services for any reason, you may cancel your subscription within 30 days of signing up and receive a full refund as long as you have provided proof that our services did not work for you. To be eligible for a refund, you must provide us with written notice of your cancellation and a detailed explanation of why our services did not work for you. We will review your claim and respond to you within 14 business days.

Please note that we reserve the right to deny a refund if we determine that our services did in fact work for you or if you did not provide sufficient proof that our services did not work. We also reserve the right to terminate our services at any time if we determine that you have violated our terms and conditions.
